The questions directors actually ask

Do families need accounts or an app?: Never. Families receive one link. Opening it is the entire experience — adding photos works from any phone, in any messaging app's browser, with nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
How long do pages stay up?: Published memorials stay live. That is a promise, not a plan feature: if your subscription lapses, every page you've published remains online for its family exactly as it was. You lose the ability to edit until you return — families lose nothing.
What happens if I cancel?: Your published memorials stay live (see above), your data stays yours, and you can export everything. Cancel takes two clicks in the billing portal — no phone call, no retention script.
Can we use our own domain?: Every home gets yourname.inlome.com included. On Premium, we'll attach your own domain (memorials.yourfuneralhome.com) — contact us after signup and we'll set it up with you.
Whose branding do families see?: Yours. Your logo and colours frame every family-facing page, and the closing line under every memorial is 'In loving memory' — never 'Powered by' anything. Inlome is invisible to families.
Who owns the photos and stories?: The families do, always. You steward them; we store them encrypted and never use them for anything else. If a family asks for removal, it takes one click and it's honoured completely.
How long does a memorial take to create?: A guided conversation of about ten minutes gives you a complete draft — the writing is assembled from your answers as you go. Add the family's photos as they arrive, and most directors publish the same day.
What does the tribute video cost?: Nothing extra. Widescreen for the visitation screen and a vertical cut for sharing by phone are included with every memorial, on both plans, regenerable as new photos arrive.
We already have tribute pages on our website — can we just use the video tools?: Yes. The Video plan gives you the photo collection link, the tribute video, and the printed wake and keepsake cards, all under your name — alongside the pages you already have. And because every tribute is quietly a full memorial page underneath, moving up to Standard later is one click, with nothing to migrate.
