1. The service

Inlome provides funeral homes (“you”) with tools to create and host memorial web pages and tribute videos on behalf of the families you serve. Your subscription covers unlimited memorials while active.

2. The promise about published pages

Published memorials remain publicly accessible regardless of your subscription status, including after payment failure or cancellation. Lapsed accounts lose editing access only. We reserve the right to remove content that violates law or these terms — never simply because billing stopped.

3. Content and ownership

Photographs, stories, and words contributed by families remain the property of their contributors. You warrant that you have the family’s permission to publish the material you publish. We claim no ownership; we host and display it at your direction and license it only as needed to operate the service.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no harassment, no use of the platform for anything other than memorial tributes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the contribution or signing systems.

5. Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually via Stripe until cancelled. Founding-member pricing remains locked while your subscription stays active. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; no refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
